New Town - Dementia Connection Newsletter
The New Town newsletter, Dementia Connection, was created in 2019, in partnership with volunteers from Jacksonville's New Town Success Zone. The goal of this newsletter is to provide a resource of education and inspiration to care partners of loved ones with memory loss due to Alzheimer's disease and AD-related disorders. In 2023, Dementia Connection transferred to full community ownership under the editorial guidance of Mrs. Shirley Brown. We are pleased to continue partnering with the New Town community and sharing the Dementia Connection newsletter here for interested readers.
