These interactive group sessions are designed to provide education, support, and practical tools for maintaining brain health and overall well-being. Whether you're interested in healthy aging, memory wellness, stress management, or connecting with neighbors, there is something for everyone. All are welcome to attend and participate.
Learn about normal brain aging, memory changes, and practical steps you can take to support cognitive health.
