What Information is Collected?

Vital Signs: Measures of blood pressure, temperature, pulse, height, and weight.
History: More detailed questions about your medical history, medications, family history, social history, and health habits.
Bloodwork: Blood is drawn to collect important health information and risk factors. Some studies may check the blood for specific health risks.
Cognitive testing. Written tests and questions will be administered by an examiner to evaluate memory and thinking abilities. 
Neurologic evaluation. A doctor will a neurological/physical examination.
Brain imaging: All studies include a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan. For more information about this and other study procedures, click here.
